Over 18 months ago, they adopted Microsoft Office 365 and then, after overcoming restructuring and training issues, also began using Microsoft Teams, Power BI and PowerApps. IT Director, John Sammons, will be sharing some insights from their digital transformation, including what did and didn’t work, and how they see the platform delivering significant business change and collaborative working in the future.
