We sat down for a quick chat with Darren Harris, Opia’s Head of Digital and Design to find out more about his experience of working with our team…
So Darren, why Perfect Image?
Perfect Image really listened to our brief and came up with a solution that best fit where we wanted to go as a company.
What current challenges are you facing as a business?
We are currently going through a period of growth globally, so launching in new territories and finding the new partners is challenging.
What are your business goals?
As a company, we are looking to grow, build and evolve a business that produces the best solutions for our clients and create a positive working environment our team.
What’s your favourite tech gadget of the moment?
It’s not new tech but my favourite gadget has to be my iPad – with it, everything is at my fingertips.
What’s your prediction for the next big tech development/invention?
Robots and Ai – they’re going to take over.
Who do you most admire in business and why?
I really admire the engineer, and inventor Elon Musk – what he has done for the development of electric cars is revolutionary and I think that Tesla’s Solar Roof tiles should be the way forward on all new builds, offices and factories.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
I actually wanted to be a Lego engineer. I have since found out this is a real job so I’ve dusted off my old toys!
What piece of business advice would you give to your younger self?
Henry Ford once said: “Failure is an opportunity to begin again more intelligently” I couldn’t agree more and wish that I realised this when I was younger.
When was the last time you received great customer service?
It’s not really customer service but on a recent routine trip to the hospital there was a little issue, the nurses dealt with it amazingly and all was fine.
