We have a genuine interest in your development. You will have the opportunity to get involved in challenging and unique projects, utilising your skills to their full potential.

You'll be working with inspiring and talented colleagues who'll help you raise your game and enable you to gain an excellent grounding for your future career.

We do not operate long induction programmes; you will hit the ground running and be expected to work on real live projects from the start. From day one, graduates are given high levels of autonomy and responsibility combined with great support and guidance. Much of your training will be on the job, with structured support from your manager and peers, but you will also be encouraged to complete formal training courses and achieve professional qualifications.

‘The role was much more hands on than I first expected, which was great.  It really pushed me to challenge myself.  From early on I received support not only from the people within my team but also from people across the company’.

‘The role is better than I thought it was going to be. A large portion of the Health Care Expert System project is entirely my design and I found it very interesting and surprising as I did not expect to be given that kind of work or responsibility. The project was similar to the work I did in my PhD and I didn’t imagine I would have as much freedom or the opportunity to apply my knowledge in this way. In the time I have been here I feel I have learnt a huge amount’.
