  • Where is Perfect Image based?
    Our office is a 5 minute walk from the city centre. We are based at Newcastle Technopole which is directly opposite Manors Metro station. It is well connected by road, metro and bus.
  • What is your policy on performance and pay reviews?
    Performance reviews occur biannually; pay reviews take place once a year.
  • How many days holiday would I be entitled to?
    24 days a year plus bank holidays.
  • Who are Perfect Image's customers?
    Perfect Image has a wide client base from public sector to private sector. Why not take a look at some of our clients past and present - Bellway Homes, British Airways, RTC (Regional Technology Centre), NECC (North East Chamber of Commerce), Dairy Farmers of Britain, Business & Enterprise North East, Benfield Motor Group, The Sage Gateshead, Komatsu.
  • How is Perfect Image funded?
    We are a privately funded company, and we have organically grown by developing trusting and valued relationships with our clients over the long term. It is very unlikely that this funding situation will change.
  • I need a work permit to work in the UK. Will you still accept my application?
    Perfect Image holds a Points Based System Tier 2 general license which enables us to receive and evaluate applications from outside the EU with a view to offering employment.
  • Am I too old for the graduate scheme?
    Absolutely not! We have never operated an age restriction on our graduate scheme and welcome applications regardless of your age. Being older than other candidates will not put you at any disadvantage, in fact we really appreciate the range of expertise this offers us.
  • What hours will I be expected to work?
    37.5 hours a week, typically Monday to Friday, 9.00am -5.30pm.

  • What is Perfect Image's policy on training?
    We strongly encourage formal training, mentoring, conference attendance, coaching and internal training. Your learning and development plans are agreed and reviewed during your appraisal which is carried out annually in January and July.
