IT Support

Perfect Image provides a full range of IT support services for its clients.  This includes the support of PCs, applications (whether or not implemented by Perfect Image), networks and servers.  We provide a fully staffed Service Desk which provides immediate first line support to our clients.  Second line support is provided by our co-located infrastructure consultants, software development teams and business solutions professionals.  As a Microsoft Gold Partner we also have direct access to Microsoft's technical experts if this is required.  Perfect Image supports systems across the whole of the UK.

We have no "one size fits all" solution and we are happy to provide a service which is tailored to your specific needs, whether you have a particular requirement for hours of service, incident prioritsation or response times.  We are also flexible in the construction of commercial arrangements; some of our clients prefer to operate on a "pay as you go" basis and some elect to operate on a fixed price basis.  Unlike many of our competitors we don't believe in tying our clients down to lengthy contracts; we want our clients to stay with us because they want to.
