Perfect Image has been working with the NECC to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution to improve customer services and member satisfaction. The project has unified processed and enable greater synergy between NECC and its sister company NECC training.
Michael Dawson, Head of Systems at the NECC said “It was fully expected that there would be problems along the way, however in honesty, I cannot think of one occasion when we came up against something that was either unexpected or insurmountable. The delivery of this project was very much a team effort and collaboration was key to really delivering a product that was polished, refined and fit for purpose. We look forward to commencement of the next phase of our project where we start adding the extras”
