Business Enterprise North East (BENE) delivers the Business Link service for the North East of England under a contract with One North East. It was formed in 2007 from the merger of four different Business Link companies.
BENE has been delighted with the outcome of their CRM project. A demanding set of requirements has been delivered by a multi-organisational team, headed by Perfect Image.
We continue to work with BENE to examine ways to improve their CRM system, take advantage of features in new releases and integrate it with their other new applications as they are implemented.
The North East Chamber of Commerce represents 4,500 businesses in the North East. With over 4,000 members, NECC is one of the largest Chambers of Commerce in Britain. NECC has been a BCC (British Chambers of Commerce) accredited Chamber since 1996. They provide a comprehensive range of business services, products and expert training to help businesses realise their potential. The NECC also act as advocates, regularly speaking on behalf of their business network to the government.
Perfect Image has demonstrated a clear and professional understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product and project management. The delivery of this project was very much a team effort and collaboration was the key to really delivering a product that was polished, refined and fit for purpose. The project was completed on time, on budget and to specification, for a project of this size there is no greater accolade. Allied Inspections is a separate company born from Allied Carpets, once one of the biggest retailers of floor coverings in the UK. Allied Inspections is the insurance arm of the company processing insurance claims from the Aviva one of the largest insurance providers in the UK.
Overall, we were very impressed with Perfect Image's understanding of our Biztalk project requirements and particularly impressed with the team’s technical ability. We will certainly be calling on their services in the future.

Cestria Community Housing Association Ltd (Cestria Community Housing) is a not-for-profit independent Registered Social Landlord which Chester-le-Street District Council helped to set up. They are the main providers of affordable rented housing within the Chester-le-Street district and work closely with the Council and other partners to meet housing and regeneration needs. Cestria owns around 4,300 homes and they keep a Housing Register on behalf of the Council and any person wanting affordable rented housing within the district can apply to go on the Register.
From the very start we all worked well together, Perfect Image were not only professional and knowledgeable but were very friendly. The project was very well organised, everyone knew what was expected of them and everyone pulled the stops out to meet their targets. Cenelec Standards Inspections provides an inspection service of electrical and instrument equipment located in explosive hydrocarbon atmospheres. Cenelec provide their clients with information that identifies the suitability of equipment for use in hazardous classified zone areas.
Overall this project was deemed by the Directors of Cenelec Standards to be a huge success. The ability to provide a very high level of technical service on a project which was imperative to our business function and has highlighted again that Perfect Image are at the forefront of Technical IT solutions.
